1. Automatic dripper screening & storage & conveying & embedding unit
(a) High-speed dripper screening machine introduced from Europe, can supply more than 2,500 or 4,500 drippers per minute.
(b) Storage device can store more than 1,500 drippers to ensure continuous and stable production.
(c) Special identification device can ensure that the dripper is 100% qualified.
2. Single screw extruder with automatic feeding system
(a) High-speed special screw and PLC temperature control system ensure high efficiency and high output.
(b) Both recycled or new PE materials are available, the proportion of recycled materials can reach 80%.
(c) Production Speed: 400 or 450 m/min.
3. Die head and dripper sticking device
(a) Special design and materials, no need to adjust wall thickness.
(b) It is very reliable when producing thickness 0.12-0.15mm pipes at high speed.
Thickness 0.15mm pipe only weighs 7g/m, saving raw material costs.
(c) It can produce reinforced drip irrigation pipes, increase the stretching strength of the pipes by 15-20% at the same wall thickness and weight.
4. Vacuum calibration tank and water cooling tank (including chiller & water circulation filtration system)
(a) Under high-speed production, the tanks calibrate and cool the pipe and makes the dripper stick more firmly.
(b) Equipped with anti-rotation pipe device, pipe break alarm systems and automatic detection and alarm device for pinhole in pipe wall.
(c) Independent cool water providing device and water filter device, realized auto-adjustment of cool water and hot water, make sure of production water clean.
5.1 Full automatic punching machine
(a) Adopting advanced European technology, it can punch more than 3000-5000 holes per minute;
(b) PLC control system, high-speed, high-accuracy punching and effective monitoring.
5.2 Automatic online imaging, monitoring, analyzing and alarming system
(a) Take photo and analyze of every hole and storage information under high speed production.
(b) Once there is an error in the hole, it will automatically alarm.
(c) This system works online with the winding machine to avoid winding the drip irrigation pipes with unqualified holes.
5.3 Haul-off machine
(a) Ensure high-speed synchronization of the pipe, smooth traction, and control the speed through the servo motor.
6. Accumulate device
(a) Automatic accumulate device can prevent the drip irrigation pipe fall to the ground during the roll changing process.
7. Full automatic winding and roll changing machine
(a) Can automatically complete the pipe displacement, winding, cutting, roll changing and meter counting.
(b) Winding speed will be easily operate and control by PLC system.
(c) Fully enclosed safety protection structure.
