1. In accordance with technical requirements of ISO16422:2006, in the actual testing process, China National Test Center of Chemical Construction Material conducted the experiment in the condition of -10℃, and the result could still meet the requirements.
2.  According to the ISO16422:2006 Standard Vicat softening experiment, the test was conducted in the actual examining process, and the result turned out to be quite satisfactory.

 (2)Hygiene Property

Our PVC-O pipe adopts a hygiene formulation and no lead was involved in its production. It has already successfully passed the authoritative test of Center for Disease Prevention and control of China, Security Agency for Environment and Health Relevant Products, and Hebei Agency for Hygiene Examination. All the indicators met the demand from Security Evolution Standard for Delivery Devices and Protection Materials of Drinkable Water (GB/T17219-1998).

(3)Hydraulic pressure experiment
For pipes, hydraulic pressure experiment is one of the most important performance index. The test data shows the ductile rupture of the pipe, and the extrapolated cyclic stress should be higher than 40MPa(400bar).
