1.How can I get samples to check the quality of product?
After price is confirmed, for most general items, free samples can be provided for most general products, but the sample is of standard factory color, with our logo or without any logo. Express charge will be beard by yourself.
If you need products with logo printing, about $50-$200 plate-making will be charged accordingly. Heat-transfer printing costs will be based on your designs and quoted differently.
2.What format of the file should we submit for customized design?
We have our own design team in house. AI, CDR and PDF are all ok.
FYI, general JPG or PNG format may cause low-resolution on printing result.
3.How long can I get samples?
After your payment is well received (non free sample or express fee), samples will be ready within 1-7days.
You can provide your own express account number or prepay us.
4.What about lead time of mass production?
It depends on your order quantity and production schedule.
In general, lead time is about 2-5 weeks.
5.Terms of payment?
30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipping.
L/C at sight (negotiable for order value beyond US$100K).
Western Union.
