PPR Pipe & Fittings
PPR is the abbreviation of three-type polypropylene, also known as random copolymer polypropylene.Commonly used in domestic hot and cold water systems.
1. Hygienic and non-toxic: the raw material of ppr pipe is polypropylene, which is non-toxic and tasteless, and can be used in pure water drinking pipeline system.
2. Corrosion resistance and no scaling: no rust and corrosion, making the water delivered cleaner and more hygienic.
3. High temperature resistance and high pressure resistance: the melting point temperature of relatively pure PPR raw material is 220°C, the working water temperature of ppr pipe is 95°C, and the short-term use temperature can reach 120°C, under the condition of temperature of 60°C and working pressure of 1.2Mpa Long-term continuous use.
5. Long service life: The service life of the pipeline system is 50 years under normal use.
6. Smooth appearance: beautiful appearance, smooth inner and outer walls, soft color.
7. Light weight, high strength and good toughness.
