The pleated filter cartridge is made of stainless steel wire mesh or stainless fiber sintered mesh.
The stainless steel wire mesh pleated cartridge has the characteristics of smooth holes, easy to clean and high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion,unbreakable and long service life. The fiber sintered mesh issintered by stainless steel fibers under superhigh temperature and vacuum circumstances.
lt has a high porosity, good permeability, high capacity of containment and reusable characteristics.

Large filter area ( 5-10 times the ordinary cylindrical filter ),
a wide range of filtering accuracy ( 1-300μm ) .

3 different of connector fabrication processes
1. Epoxy glued for the upper and bottom parts: This is suitable for lower working pressure and low temperature.
2. Welded ones suitable for high working temperature (maximum 400 degrees) and high working pressure(6-15 bar)
3. Outer protective sleeve makes the cartridge have a better compressive strength. You may choose to install it or not as your needed.
