Samples will be ready in 6~9 days fornormal designs after artwork and payment confirm, and express ship time 3~7 days. If delivery is urgent, we can send samplepictures/video to confirm.
5. Hong long for mass production?
10-15 work days within 5000pcs for normal designs, more quantity or difficult designs will need further discussion.
6. Payment option/terms?
We accept Alibaba trade assurance, Bank TT transfer, L/C,Western Union, Paypal, etc. 30% deposit, balance paid before delivery.
7. How to deal with quality problems?
Please feedback to us within a week after products delivered, of what problem it is. Reference pictures will be needed, so we can understand better. And we will give explanation/solution within 2 work days normally, for some difficult situation it shall take longer time.
