1. The pre-treatment process of edible oil solvent extraction plant
Edible oil solvent extraction plant is used to extract oil directly from oil seeds (such as soybean, rice bran) with oil content
lower than 20%, or from pre-pressed or full-pressed oil seed (such as sunflower, peanut, cottonseed, palm kernel, rapeseed, coconut, castor and various other plant seed materials) cake with oil content higher than 20%.
Pre-treatment Process Equipment
Cooking oil pretreament equipment can adjust temperature, moisture and form of oil seeds to further extraction. Uaually, cooking oil pretreatment machine can be devided to several kinds, cleaning, delinting, husking/dehulling/shelling, drying, crushing, softening, flaking, cooking and pre-pressing. But according to different customers’ requirements, different raw materials and different capacity, we will design and CUSTOMIZE different processing technology for each project.
2. Solvent Extraction Process:
Pre-pressed cake→ solvent extraction→mixed oil evaporation→steam stripping→wet meal evaporation→solvent gas condensation→tail gas cold water recovery→crude oil.
