1. We accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.
4. Lead time: 1 days for blank sample, 1-3 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally
it takes 5-10 days, rush orders are available.
5. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.
2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.

Q: What information do you need to get a quote for me?
A: Size, material, box/bag construction, color, finish, quantity.
Q: I don't have any idea about the design of the product, can you do it for me?
A: Yes, we have a professional team who can design for you freely.
Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free sample for you to check quality, but we do not cover the shipping cost.
Q: Do you require any deposit before mass production?
A: Usually we need 100% full payment before production for first order. we can do 50% deposit and the rest will be paid before shipment if order more than 1000$.
Q: If I want to place a bulk order directly, will you make samples for me first?
A: Normally, we will arrange production after you confirm the design, then once it is finished, we will send you videos and pictures to confirm, after you confirm, we will arrange shipping according to your requirements, if the finished product is not the same as the design or not what you want, we will make it again or refund, so you don't need to worry that what you receive is not what you want.
Q: If I find a quality problem after I receive the goods, can you arrange a replacement for me right away?
