The input and output guide rails use reinforced synchronous belts to transport the glass to solve the sliding phenomenon of the rear heavy glass synchronous belts;
The specially designed brush holder structure can quickly replace the brush (without dismantling the motor and water tank);
24V safety voltage control and open door power-off protection, the use and operation are more assured and safer;
The hand pump lubricates the front guide rail to move the carriage; the glass input guide rail adds a synchronous lifting
mechanism;

The synchronous belt drive shaft bearing is sealed with a skeleton oil seal, and the synchronous belt drive shaft bearing seat sleeve can be easily disassembled (the drive sprocket shaft is not removed)
The grinding head carriage adopts a dovetail structure, which solves the grinding head vibration during glass processing.
