Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer? 
We are professional Metallic Yarn manufacturer，we have more than 10 years exprience. 

Q: How to get a quotation and start business relationship with your company? 
You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line. 

Q: Could you provide free sample? 
 Yes, it is available for free sample, but the customers need to pay the cost of freight,cost can be deducted in following order. 

Q: What is your terms of payment? 
Usually 30% T/T as deposit,the balance payment before shippment. 

Q: What's your MOQ and lead time? 
100kg per colour and 7-15days for delivery.  

Q:What's the order procedure? 
 First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. 

Q:How do you control the quality? 
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved, we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then random inspection before packing, and taking pictures after packing. 

Q: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our Country? 
For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
