Established in 2013, we are a manufacturer specialized in biodegradable paper pulp packaging. We are located in Dongguan,2 factory locations , about one hour’s drive from Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Our main products are molded pulp packaging trays and boxes for skincare, cosmetics, electronics, alcohol and many other industries.
We use renewable sugarcane bagasse, bamboo fiber and recycled paper as raw materials. The materials were first mixed with water and beaten into slurry, then the slurry was molded into different products under high temperature and pressure. No harmful substances are added in production and there is no waste water or gas. All our molded pulp products can break down in soil in short time, within about 3 months. They are a good option to replace plastic products.
We provide customization service, accept low MOQ, can develop rapid prototype to shorten developing time. Our engineers have over 10 years’ of experience in molded pulp industry. We have an efficient and professional customer service team. Besides molded pulp packaging, we can also source relevant packaging to provide full packaging solutions.

5). Can you make the packaging design as per our requirements?
We are a manufacturer in Dongguan of China. We have our own 2 production facilities in Daojiao and Houjie.
2). What kind of products do you make?
We mainly design and produce molded pulp packaging. There are two types: a.Traditional dry press type made from recycled corrugated paper, usually for protective purpose during transportation, like wineshippers and egg trays; b. New high-end type made from sugarcane bagasse, with very smooth surface.
3). Are your pulp productsreally biodegradable?
Yes our pulp products are really biodegradable within 90 days in soil. They are basically plant fibers. We can show you evidence to proof this.
4). Will there be any tooling cost to make such pulp products?
Yes there will be tooling cost and it will be a bit higher than some other packaging like plastic. The tooling cost can be returned if quantity is big enough.
5). Can you make the packaging design as per our requirements?
We provide FREE design drawings based on customers' ideas or products. You can just send us details of your products like dimensions, pictures, or actual samples, then we can make the custom design based on your requirements. It only takes about 1-2 days.
6). Besides white and brown color, can you make other colors?
The most common color is white, black and brown, but we can also make any other color as per request. But there will be MOQ requirement for other colors, and price will be higher.
