Failure to receive the goods:
1:If the package has been sent but the customer cancels the order, the customer shall bear the interception fee and the return
shipping fee (the same as the shipping fee).2:Reject the package without reason ,the customer needs to bear the returned freight
or the customer sends it back by himself.
Collect is not accepted. We will refund the payment after the inspection pass. If the product affects the secondary sales we will
not refund.
3: Lost package refers to: the tracking information has not been updated for a long time, and the package display is abnormal.
Need to provide full screenshots of the order in English of the platform (full screenshots are valid), need to see the customer's
delivery address + tracking number + value.
After we apply for a claim, we can fully refund or reissue. Packages that cannot cooperate with providing proof cannot be
processed.
4: If the address of the parcel needs to be changed in transit, the customer needs to bear the operating cost of changing the
address, the change can guarantee success, if unsuccessful, the operating cost will be charged as usual)
5: It shows the package has been signed but the customer said he/she has not received. If no signature service is purchased, no
claim can be given, only POD signing proof can be provided.
If it is necessary to check, proof of not receiving the goods can be provided to apply for the check (door monitoring can be
provided, etc., the check may not be successful)
After receiving the goods:
1: If the packaging and products are damaged, need to provide photos of the outer box + photos of the outer box label + photos of
the damaged products in time.
Compensation will be given according to the extent of damage. If the product is damaged and doesn't work ,we can be reissued to
the customers free of charge or a full refund.
2: Overseas warehouse dolls are TPE material, face makeup is painted on, will be wiped off. The doll lost makeup during the
customer's use, does not belong to the quality problem.
3. Overseas warehouse is an ordinary skeleton, can't be cracked, you can refer to the manual.
4: Product quality problems need to be fed back within 7 days, or we will not be dealt with.
5. Private health products do not accept no reason to return, if there is a quality problem, we can give replacement or
compensation.
6. If the customer returns the package without authorization, the warehouse may not find the package, or it will affect the
secondary sales, and no compensation will be given
