Description:This plane screen printer machine is electric type ,not pneumatic ,it is an electric, high-precision and high-efficiency flat screen printing machine, using original Japanese and Taiwan imported pneumatic components.
But if you need print on paper,film,pvc,or other thin and light product ,we can add vacuum table to fix the paper during the printing,it can make objects stable .
Adaptation: This machine is suitable for printing PCB boards, silica gel, textiles, plastic buttons, PET, cardboard, nameplates,trademarks, IC boards, membrane switch circuits, mobile phone lenses,
glass, LCD panels and signs and other flat materials.
Machine Advantage:
1.Double-column structure, stable printing, low vibration, high precision, accurate multi-color overprinting;
2.precision linear guide rails are used for the left and right sliding guide of the head;
3.double guide posts left and right screen clamp arms, and plate spacing adjustment device is installed at the same time, printing accuracy: ±0.02 MM, the operating speed can reach 1800 times per hour.
4.The printing mode is set to manual/semi-automatic/full-automatic three modes, and the indirect time of printing action can be digitally controlled.
5.The independently designed machine head lifting device makes it easy for ink scraping/oil return knife, screen loading and unloading and screen cleaning.
6.This machine adopts a complete package and is maintenance-free. It is safe and beautiful, easy to operate, and convenient to fetch, which greatly improves production efficiency.
