SC100 150 200/ 200 Construction elevator/hoist
1.the transmission mechanism adopts two-drive or three-drive form, the rack and pinion force is uniform, safe and smooth.
2.To ensure the safe operation of the elevator, safety switches such as overload and speed limit are set in the circuit. When the
above situation occurs in the operation, the elevator will avoid accidents immediately and automatically. Each door on the cage is
also equipped with a limit switch, so that when any door is opened abnormally, the cage cannot start or stop running immediately.
3.Each cage is equipped with fall arrester, which can effectively prevent the cage from falling and ensure the safe and reliable

Hoist
The cage frame adopts bending process, all are national standard steel, the cage adopts baking paint process, the body is safe and solid.
Cage bottom plate hot-dip galvanizing process

Three drive structure

Electrical system
The electrical system is the mechanical command part of the elevator, all the movements of the elevator are commanded by the electrical system, which includes the upper electrical box, the lower electrical box and the control cable.
Cage beam
Cage beam is the core part of the cage skeleton, the beam of our products, including the main stress parts (referring to the top and bottom of the cage) are all made of 16# cold-formed channel steel (made of manganese steel), which effectively ensures the service life of the whole machine and sturdiness.
Fall arrester

The operation panel is made of 304 stainless steel, and the lifting switch is made of imported Schneider components, which is durable.
