Fluorine lined check valve
Check valve is an automatic valve that relies on the flow of the medium itself to automatically open and close the valve to prevent the reverse flow of the medium.
1. Swing check valve
The main models are: fully lined H44F46 and H74F46 single-flap swing series and H76F46 double-flap swing series. Their structural forms are: the valve flaps rotate, open and close around the (pin) axis outside the valve seat, preventing Medium flow back. The characteristics of the H44F46 and H74F46 check valves are: the (pin) shaft and the valve stem are designed as one, the entire (pin) shaft is lined with FEP, and is embedded in the special groove formed between the valve body and the valve cover, allowing flexible opening and closing , reliable sealing. In addition, the characteristics of H72F46 and H76F46 check valves are: in addition to the valve body and valve disc, the return spring is also lined with corrosion-resistant fluorine plastic. The reasonably designed spring keeps the valve disc in the low pressure area. It can also generate sufficient sealing specific pressure to ensure the reliability of valve sealing in low pressure areas.
2. Lift vertical check valve
The main models include H40F46, H42F46 and H71F46 lift vertical check valves. H40F46 is a new structure with a hemispherical valve body. Their common feature is that the lining flap moves up and down along the axis of the valve body passage.
3. Lift check valve
The main models are: fully lined H41F46 straight-through lift check valve. Its structural features are: gas lining, the valve body makes lifting movement perpendicular to the inlet and outlet axis of the valve body, which realizes the valve opening and closing process.
