1. Q: Are your company a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer of smart cards with ISO9001 certification from 2001 locates at Shenzhen City. With more than 15 years printing and exporting experience, our factory can supply the cards for you, welcome for a visit and trial order;

2. Q: Can your products be customized?

A: Yes, almost all of our products are customized, including the material, size, thickness and logo. 

OEM orders are highly welcome, also including verious irregular shape cards;

Both OEM & ODM orders are welcome;

3. Q: How about the card artwork design?

A:Free magnetic card designs for customers;

To ensure efficiency, we prefer customers to provide us artwork file with following format: AI or PDF or CDR;

If there is no available design on your hand, please let us know the style you would like and the card information you want put on the card.

We will assist customer to finish the artwork.

4. Q: What format artwork do you use for Design?

A: We prefer PDF format with several layers. Other format such as CDR /AI file would be ok;

5. Q: What about the lead time for magnetic card’s mass production?

A: It would usually take 5-10 working days depends on the order’s Q’ty;

6. Q: What about the samples rules?

A: We are pleasure to send the available samples for your reference first and it is free just with freight prepaid by customer;
