Full refined production cooking oil line soya deodorization refinery oil machine
（1） Complete set of oil pretreatment equipment ：The soybean pretreatment process is composed of weighing, cleaning, conditioning, drying, cracking, flaking, and other parts.
There are various air heater in the different part of the process.
（2） Cleaning screen：Used for cleaning or grading of raw materials, cleaning up dust impurities, stable and reliable performance
（3） Flaking press：Used for oil extraction2 pretreatment and pre-pressed cake extraction processing, can increase the oil yield, improve the quality of oil products, reduce the damage to equipment.
（4）Extraction workshop： Soybean meal/soybean particles are extracted and evaporated to obtain soybean crude oil
（5）disk stripping column： Used to completely remove residual solvents from oils and fats

1. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from oil.
2. Deodorizing tank: remove the un-favored smell from decolorized oil.
3. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280℃.
4. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more.
5. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching.
6. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil.
7. Steam generator: generate steam distillation.
