A: Yes, we can send you samples for free, but customer need to pay courier cost by themselves, such as DHL, TNT, Fedex , EMS etc
Q5: What’s the MOQ?
A1: normally is 500-1000pairs, but we can accept small qty as a trial order or marketing order.
A2: Customer can order 2 pairs or one carton (10pairs) for some items which are available for stock and can delivery within 48
hours.
Q6: Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?
A: Yes, all our products can meet CE standard, ENISO20345 S4, S5, SBP, S1P, ENISO20347.and we have cooperation relationship with
different international labs, including Interteck from Europe CE EN ISO20345:2004, EN ISO 20347:2004/ A1:2007,SBP, S4, S5 and LA.
Q7: Do you have Canadian CSA certificate?
A: Yes, our PVC SAFETY RAIN BOOTS R-1-99 qualified CSA Z195-04 certificate. We are 20 years export experience for Canada market.
Q8: Do you have ASTM certificate?
A: Yes, our boot with steel toe and midsole have passed ASTM F2413-18 testing report.
Q9: Do you have pass ISO certificat?
A: Yes, our company qualified ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate.
