Introduction
The chocolate enrobing cooling production line is composed of a melting machine, a tempering machine, a enrobing machine, a spreading machine and a cooling tunnel. Its working principle is to melt small pieces of chocolate and transport them to the temperature control machine. The temperature control machine adjusts the temperature multiple times to increase the taste of the chocolate, and then transports it to the coating machine. After coating, it is sprinkled with auxiliary materials and enters the cooling tunnel for cooling. Finally get the finished product.
