2. The use of feathers is mostly one-off. If there is any quality problem, please raise it within 24 hours after receipt. Otherwise, we default that there is no quality problem. So please check whether there is any quality problem as soon as you receive the goods.
3. This product is natural feathers, non-artificial wool, so it is inevitable that there will be defects. Each feather is manually selected. It is not guaranteed that each feather is the same in length and size. Occasionally, some feathers will wear out. If you have extremely high product requirements and pursue perfection, please purchase carefully, these are not quality issues.
4. Due to the special nature of the hole feathers, squeezing will inevitably occur during transportation after packaging, so the feathers do not look fluffy. This is a normal phenomenon. You can spread it out to dry and the feathers will naturally fluffy.
