Jet Mill
Jet mill is also called fluidized bed jet mill by using multiple nozzles to form sonic speed air flow to make the materials hitting each other in the grinding chamber with high speed to perform ultrafine pulverizing. It is widely used in the field to produce high purity, ultrafine and super hard material powder.
Capacity: 0.2-500 kgs/h
Output Size: 1-75μm

Working Principle


Jet Mill ：
After the compressed air is filtered and dried, it is sprayed into the crushing chamber at high speed through the Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air flows, the material is repeatedly collided, rubbed, and sheared to be crushed. The crushed material rises under the force of the fan. The airflow moves to the classification area, and under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection through the classification wheel, and the coarse particles drop to the crushing area to continue crushing.
