These easy-harmonic spectrum analyzers provide a powerful combination of measurement capabilities for RF, microwave and digital applications. Five models offer frequency coverage options starting at 9kHz and extending to 26.5GHz.
Performance indicators include low phase noise of -105 DBC at 30kHz frequency offset and frequency synthesis accuracy of 2.1kHz at 1GHz. With an optional precision frequency reference, the frequency synthesis accuracy can be increased to 210Hz. The second and third order dynamic ranges are 77 and 90dB respectively. When using option 130, the calibration amplitude range is +30~-130dBm, but the calibration screen display is 70dB. With optional circuit cards, narrow resolution bandwidths of 30, 100, 200EMI and 30Hz are available. Circuit cards can be installed on these analyzers at any time.

The window function divides the display screen into two horizontal areas, allowing the user to zoom in on key parts of the measurement trace, or display test data and trace simultaneously. It has a number of standard single-button measurement features, including frequency scale table, FFT(Fast Fourier Transform), NdB bandwidth, third-order interception, amplitude modulation percentage, and adjacent channel power. The built-in memory card reader allows 32k, 128k, 256k and 512k memory cards to be fed into measurement applications, user's own dedicated programs and measurement data.
