1.The operation is close to room temperature (34～39℃), and the entire extraction process is covered by CO2 gas, which effectively prevents the oxidation and degradation of heat-sensitive substances. It can completely retain magnolol & honokiol powder biological activity.
2.Supercritical CO2 also has anti-oxidation and sterilization effects, which is beneficial to ensure and improve the quality of magnolol & honokiol powder.
3.Extraction and separation are combined into one. When the CO2 fluid saturated with dissolved matter enters the separator, the pressure or temperature is adjusted so that the CO2 and the extract quickly become two phases (gas-liquid separation) and separate immediately, which not only has high extraction efficiency, but also Less energy consumption, improved production efficiency and reduced magnolol & honokiol powder costs.
