Production Precautions:
1. Zipper should not be stored for too long in plastic film packaging.
2. The zipper after packaging should be stored in dry, ventilated and not directly exposed to the sun
In case the color of the zipper band changes.
3. Metal zippers should prevent discoloration of chain teeth, which will cause pollution to clothes. Plastic film in the packaging of copper zippers, it is best not sealed,
Aerate the bag to prevent the copper chain teeth from atomic oxygen released by plasticizers in the film
The surface oxidizes to black copper oxide. It is better to add moisture-proof paper or moisture-proof agent in the packaging bag.
4. Prevent zipper dye migration, because the zipper ribbon (especially dark zones) dye with plasticizer in the packaging plastic film, such as polyethylene or agent will produce chemical reaction, and dye migration phenomena occur, the solution is between zipper products or zipper with the contact between chemical fabric with a clean white paper is separated, and pay attention to moistureproof.
