The raw material can be used: wood chips,wood log,wood sawdust,wood wast,grass,straw,corn straw,wheat straw,corn con,rice husk, bamboo, coconut shell and so on. If you use these materials to produce the charcoal briquette, you need to do other works before make them into charcoal briquette.
1.The normal Roller press ball machine.
This machine is specially used to press the materials, like Coal powder, ore powder, blue coal, coke, coal slime into ball shape. The final product shape is oval, and its diameter can be from 30mm-60mm, customer can choose the size they want in that range.
2.The hydraulic roller press ball machine.
The difference between the normal one and this hydraulic one is this hydraulic ball machine has a hydraulic on it, it's used to press the materials which is diffcult to be pressed into shape, if you use this hydraulic ball machine, there's no need to add any binder to be shaped.
The charcoal briquette making machine is used to produce different shape of charcoal for many kinds of usage, such as: shisha charcoal briquette, BBQ charcoal, fuel ,etc.
