3. What is the samples policy?
3.1 We provide 1-10 pieces free samples with freight collect account.
3.2 Customized samples cost is US$100/item, it can be refund to customers when place bulk order.
4. What about the normal lead time?
4.1 It's around 25 to 30 days after receiving the deposit during the weak season.

Normally, the payment terms we accept are T/T(30% deposit, 70% before shipment ) and 100% full payment in advance.

After sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
7. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be
presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. After the negotiation, if we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you pesent, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
