Principle
YWC series oil and water separator produced by our company, according
to the International Marine Environmental Protection Commission MEPC.107(49) Design of environmentally friendly products. This product family has: 0.1m3/h，0.25m3/h，0.5m3/h，1.0m3/h，2.0m3/ h
and other five specifications. According to the needs of users, we can also design and produce special requirements of oil and water separator. This device is only suitable for the treatment of Marine tank bottom oil and sewage, and can also be used for the oil and sewage treatment of industrial and mining enterprises, and its discharge standards fully meet the relevant requirements of China's environmental protection department. Repair and maintenance of the device:
1. The coarse filter of the oil and sewage suction outlet should be cleaned once a week. If the filter screen is found to be
damaged, it should be replaced in time.
2. The plunger pump shall be repaired once a year, and lubricating oil shall be added to the plunger cylinder regularly to reduce
wear.
3. separate the cavity inside the device and clean the sludge once every six months. The steps are as follows: open the sewage
plug, clean the sewage in the device, then close the plug, inject enough 60℃ ~70℃ hot water from the filter filter chamber, and
soak in 80℃ ~100℃ hot water for 20 minutes before cleaning.
4. The pressure gauge reading on the separation device is more than 0.1 Mpa larger than the normal use, or when the safety valve
leaks sewage, it is necessary to clean the filter element. If the pressure of the first element is not reduced, the filter element
should be replaced in time.
5,.the separation device after maintenance, should be filled with water(seawater) for wet maintenance, remember (wet maintenance).
