A: Our caliper is made according to the CNC technology by Aluminum alloy.

Disc material is HT250,which is same as G3000 USA.Degree of resistance to stretching is more than the 21on/mm2. Hardness is about 187-241.
We also have ceramics+carbon fiber disc.It is a reinforced composite ceramic synthesized from carbon fiber and silicon carbide at a high temperature of 1700 degrees. It is one-third the weight of a normal brake disc, with better heat resistance.
The friction coefficient of brake pads is 0.38-0.42 and can withstand temperatures of 550-800 degrees.
The material of rotor hub and bracket is 6061 or 7075 T6 Aviation aluminum alloy.
The screws are made of carbon steel with Dacromet anti-rust treatment on the surface.
