AAC block advantage
1.light weight: porosity achieve 70% to 85%, volume density is generally 500 ~ 700kg/m3.
2.fireproof: most of the major raw materials is inorganic materials, so it has good fire resistance, and do not emit harmful gases when meet fire.
3.high strength:material strength is stability.
4.noise isolation: due to a unique porous structure, so it has a sound absorption capacity.
5.Anti-seismic: the same building structure, improve the two seismic than the brick level.
6.impermeability: result of material by the composition of many independent small pores, the moisture absorption is slow, in the volume of absorbent is 5 times of clay saturation do.
7.environmental protection: Manufacturing, transportation, all use the process of pollution, to protect arable land, saving energy, is one kind of a green building material.
8.fast construction: it has good machinability, can be sawed, planed, drilled, nailed, and available appropriate as bonding of adhesive material, so create favorable conditions for building.
9.heat preservation and insulation: As the material inside has a large numbers of the pores and porous, which has a good thermal insulation properties.
AAC Block Production Process
convey sand to wet ball mill, mix it with water in proportion to make a certain concentration of slurry,then transport it to the slurry storage tank by the slurry pump
sand slurry will be transported to slurry metering tank by slurry pump, lime powder and cement will be transported to powder metering tank by screw conveyor.Aluminum powder is made into an aluminum powder suspension by an aluminum powder mixer. After metering, sand slurry,lime, cement, aluminum powder will be sequentially fed into casting machine to mix, then pouring into mould.
after the slurry pouring into mould, the ferry cart will carry the mould into pre-curing room, after 2-3hours, the slurry becomes solid. Then ferry cart carry the mould to the bottom of tilting crane.
the tilting crane takes the mould with block and demoulds on the cutting cart.cutting cart will take the block through peelingbmachine， horizontal cutting machine and vertical cutting machine.
after cutting, blocks will be sent to grouping area, waiting to enter into autoclave. after 8-10hours autoclaving, the finished products will be carried out, then separated by separating machine layer by layer.
after separated, the blocks will be tranported to packing area by single mould crane, the packing machine will pack them. Then the fork lift will take them to stacking area.
