An accumulator is a device or device that stores energy.
On the Concrete pump truck mounted Boom machine, the accumulator is used to control S pipe. while the concrete cylinder piston changing direction, the swing cylinder obtains hydraulic energy released from the accumulator, allowing the S pipe to instantly connect with another section of the concrete cylinder, thereby achieving continuous pumping.
When the electro magnetic directional valve is in the middle position, the oil pump supply oil to the accumulator. The longer the time, the greater the pressure oil pressure of the accumulator, and pressure regulation is achieved through the hydraulic control sequence valve.
