A:Yes,if we have stocks,we can free provide samples,customers just bear freight cost.
2.Q:Can you help to draw 3D artwork for us if we have new idea?
A:Yes,our construction engineer could help you until you are satisfied with it.
3.Q:Can we customized our logo and sound to your product?
A:Yes,we support logo,sound,function,package custom for our OEM items.
4.Q:Will you protect our design and mold if we pay mold cost?
A:Yes,we can sign confidentiality agreement ,and will not share your 3D artworks with others,also can not use your mold for production without your permission.
5.Q:what is your payment term?
A:For new customers,we accept 30% deposit before order and 70% balance before delivery;
For old customers,we accept 30% deposit before order and 70% balance after sight of B/L copy.

A: Yes,we can do that.
