This is a intelligent filling machine ,suitable for filling different materials, no matter high viscosity liquid or non-viscosity liquid. The whole machine is a straight-line mechanism, which uses servo motor to drive filling and volumetric metering to realize high precision of filling dose. Can change bottle types quickly. The biggest feature of this machine is that can be automatically removed cylinder to clean it quickly!

Product release → conveying → product inspection → material filling → conveying → material receiving.
1. Put the bottle onto the conveyor belt.
2. The bottle automatically runs from left to right under the drive of the conveyor belt.
3. Enter the detection position, the electric eye detects the bottle, and the measurement signal is fed back to the PLC, blocking the cylinder from opening and blocking the product.
4. The lifting cylinder lowers the filling valve body from the standby position to the filling position, and the filling valve opens to start canning. After the canning is completed, the lifting cylinder returns to the waiting position.
5. Block the cylinder from opening the bottle after the set delay
