Q1: How long does it take to build an injection mold?
A: In general, it will take 4-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and cavity Number of the mold.
Q2： How soon will I get my pricing after I submit my request for quote?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent, please call us or send an email so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.
Q3: What type of CAD files do you accept?
A: We are able to accept STEP, STP, IGS,X-T files. If you would like to send us your file via email attachment, please send it to sales03@alpinemold.com.
Q4: How do you provide after-sales service?
A:We provide after-sales service within two years after customer receive the mold. If the mold is damaged within two years, we can send the new replacement mold fittings for free.
Q5: Do you provide product assembly service?
A:We offer products assembly and 3D printing service, we have 20+ injection machines and 5 assembly lines, we can provide production run and assembly service.
Q6: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A:If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size, structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.

A: Plastic Materials selection depends on the application of your product. We will give you some suggestion after we checked the function of your component. And we can make the mould trial with different material according to your requirement.
