How to use
1.The lamp must be used with the corresponding ballast and flip-flops.
2.It commonly needs 1-2minutes to stable work after lighting the lamp.
3.There will be 5-10 minutes to cool the lamp before reboot the lamp again.
Lamp use precautions
■ Transformers and capacitors of corresponding specifications must be equipped when used.
■ Before use, the surface of the lamp must be wiped clean with anhydrous ethanol, and it is strictly prohibited to touch it directly by hand.
■ The lamp is discharged by high pressure mercury vapor to produce strong long-wave violet radiation (main line is 365 nm).
■ Strong ultraviolet light can burn the eyes and skin, should avoid direct exposure to light;
■ The lamp is accidentally damaged, resulting in the release of mercury vapor. The on-site personnel must leave immediately, and keep the scene ventilated for 20-30 minutes to prevent mercury vapor from being inhaled into the body and causing poisoning; When it is safe to clean the site in time, the recovered mercury raw materials can be reserved for experimental use. (If the lamp tube is broken in the sealed UV curing machine, because the fan on the lampcover is cooled, it can be discharged to the outside, so it is generally not harmful to the UV machine operator).
