Ball valve PN1, 6 MPa, stainless steel, lined with fluoroplast (for aggressive media), pneumatically operated, normally closed, end switches, manual double for opening and closing, with a set of counter flanges (COF)
1. In order to achieve both metal strength and corrosion resistance, our company produces a wide range of fluorine-lined valves. The shell is made from cast steel, stainless steel, precision casting ductile iron, and other metal parts. For the valve cavity parts that come into contact with chemical media, we use corrosion-resistant engineering plastics as lining materials. We employ advanced steel-plastic molding technology to ensure a lining thickness of 3-8mm using fluorine plastics, reinforced polypropylene (FRPP), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE), ethylene-propylene-butene copolymer (PO). Additionally, we select polytetrafluoroethylene as the seal ring for packing purposes. All types of valves undergo electric spark and water pressure tests to guarantee their quality. Our steel lined fluorine plastics possess high strength, flexible opening and closing capabilities, good sealing properties, anti-aging characteristics as well as resistance against various acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive substances.
