A1：Let the wax cool and harden. Reheat for a couple of minutes until the wax becomes a little soft, then, whilst wearing protective gloves, apply some gentle pressure to one side and simply pop it out.
Q2: Where can I use it?
A2：Place unit on a level, flat, cool, heat resistant surface away from draughts, other heat sources and flammable objects.
Q3：How does it work?
A3：Pop a chunk of your chosen wax melt into the top bowl of the burner, switch on and enjoy your fragrance as the wax melts.
Q4：How do I change the bulb?
A4：Remove the glass cover from the base by unhooking the lampholder at the bottom. Change the bulb and then pop the lampholder back in. Spare bulbs for electric wax melt burners are available on our website.

A5：Your electric burner will get hot during use, therefore don't leave them unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Don't move or touch your electric burner while the wax is molten.
