Meat Tender applies the mechanical method to cut the meat gently with two groups of tooth-like multi-cutters to break the connective tissue ,the tendons and ligaments in order to make the salt water immersing into the meat fiber to shorten the rolling time and perfect the structure of the meat. The two groups of tooth-like multi-cutters work in a vertical way. It has solo input and output belt and can be connected to Flattening Machine and other equipments.
