1.Are you a factory or a trader?

We provide production, R&D and design, with our own industrial park of 4,000 square meters; more than 150 production staff across the country;

2. How is your quality?

Products sold domestically have passed 3C and safety regulations; products sold abroad have passed CE, Rohs, FCC, ETL, CB and other certifications. For details, please consult our salesperson;

3. Sample delivery time? What is the lead time for custom products?

In-stock products are shipped within 36 hours; customized products will be shipped within 25-45 days. Please confirm the specific customization time with our sales when placing the order.

4. Can you provide customized services?

We provide customization services; customers only need to provide your customization requirements, and we will operate according to your requirements (logo, color box, etc.)

5. Can I get some free samples from your company?

Company policy states that all customers who request samples are required to pay sample fees and shipping costs. The sample fee will be refunded when you place an order.

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces for one model per size.

7. I would like to know your payment terms?

We can do T/T or LC, usually we prefer T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after goods inspection before shipment, because T/T is more convenient and saves time.

Our company and factory were established in 2016, and we have rich production and sales experience.

9. Can I make some colors on the plastic parts, such as red, black, blue?

Yes, you can do color on the plastic parts, but it will cost a little more than original color.

10. Can you help me design the box with our logo?

A: Yes, we have professional designers who can help with design, but as some customers will like different designs, it would be better if customers can provide their own designs.
