The dedicated part of the suction truck consists of a power take-off, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipeline system, vacuum pressure gauge, fecal viewing window, hand washing device, etc. It is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and a high-quality hydraulic system along with the vehicle. The tank head is formed by one-time die casting, the tank body can be opened backwards, and the double top is self dumping. The dirt inside the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover, which has the characteristics of high vacuum degree (greater suction than a suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and wider use.

operational principle

As the suction hose is always submerged in the liquid level, the air in the tank becomes thinner and thinner after being sucked, causing the pressure inside the tank to be lower than atmospheric pressure. The sewage enters the tank through the suction hose under atmospheric pressure

operational principle

matters needing attention


1. Maintain the appropriate rotation speed of the oil pump vacuum pump; The rotation speed of the vacuum pump is too high, which intensifies the heating of the rotor; If the speed is too low, it will cause additional impacts on the shipping machine and components, affecting their lifespan. To achieve the appropriate working speed, please adjust the optimal position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance.
2. Dump and flip the tank on a flat surface; Dumping cans on sloping roads can cause distortion and deformation of various components,Causing malfunction and potentially causing a rollover accident.
3. When dumping and flipping the tank, first open the tank body and then the tank door; Before unloading the mud from a self dumping tank, the locking bolt should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be raised to the required angle. When the tank is fully loaded, it is prohibited to lift the tank when the rear tank door is closed, otherwise there is a risk of overturning.
4. When taking power from the oil pump and vacuum pump, idle the engine and fully press the clutch pedal to open the power take-off
5.Slowly release the clutch pedal after closing.
When the car is driving, the high-pressure pump and oil pump are in a stopped working state.
6. The vehicle is not allowed to inhale materials larger than the diameter of the rubber hose and transport waste oil and hazardous materials.
