PE-Xa EVOH pipes also named PE-Xa Anti Oxygen Pipe or PE-Xa Oxygen Barrier Pipe.
The Oxygen Barrier EVOH (Ethylene-vinyl Alcohol Copolymer) is a layer of coating applied to the exterior surface of PE-Xa Pipe. The layer can effectively prevent oxygen from entering the piping system which will protect the pipes and fittings from rapid corrosion, and extend the working life of metal valves, switches and distributors in the piping system. It can also prevent the growth of microbes and algae, ensuring that the pipes are clean and smooth.

Tianjin Huilide New Materials Co., Ltd is located in the beautiful coastal city of Tianjin.Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, it has 92 advanced PEXa pipe production lines, 5 PEXa oxygen barrier production lines, 2 PERT pipe production lines, 2 PEX-Al-PERT pipe production lines, and 10 injection molding pipe fittings equipment, with an annual output of 100 million meters tube production capacity.
All raw materials produced by Tianjin Huilide are imported raw materials. For example, the raw materials of PEXa pipes come from LG SL188 or Lotte 8100GX. The raw material of PERT pipe is LG SP980. The oxygen barrier pipe adhesive layer is selected from Sonarnol’s A4412B, the oxygen barrier layer is selected from Lyondell Basell 3060 in Germany, and the aluminum-plastic pipe aluminum plate is selected from China Southwest Aluminum Industry. We use the best materials to ensure the safety of our products and pipes.
At present, all pipes of our company have been exported to Russia, Australia, Brazil, the United States and other parts of the world, and have obtained access certificates such as Russian GOST , Australian watermark and US NSF certification etc .
