Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
      Before we received the first bulk order, please afford the sample fee and shipping fee. We will return the sample cost back to you within your first order.(But the quantity needs to reach the MOQ of the product, if not, then it can be returned in batches until all of them are returned)

Q: How long is your delivery time?
     Sample time: 7-15 days.(Depends on the product complexity)

     Lead time:Generally it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock or it will need 7-25 days if thegoods     need to be customized.(we have the flexibility to adjust the order sequence to meet your order production time requirements)

Q: What is your MOQ ?

      MOQ depends on the structure of the product.We welcome Trial order before bulk order.

Q: What is your way of packing ?

      Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirements.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
      30%-50% advance payment, the balance is paid before shipment.
