24 months. We promise to change new chair for customer within 24 months if due to our chair quality problem cause chair can’t be used or refund customer money directly by Paypal.
2. New Products Recommend
We will research and develop 3-5 pieces new model chairs and send to our customer’s email with quotation every month regularly, some are cheaper models, and some never appear in the market.
3.Customer's complaints
For all complaints come from our customers, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle the issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problems.
4. Sample order
We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times the normal price, and we will refund the normal chair cost after the order confirmed. MOQ is 1 pcs just for sample order, pls pay attention to this.
5. Personal customize
We welcome customers to provide us own design idea or clear picture, we can discuss it and do our best to do the same like yours, colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair, also workable for us.
