Q: Does your LED Flood Light really have 50,000 hours lifespan?

A: 50,000 or longer lifespan is only theroy from lab test.But due to working enviroments are different from in lab,actual lifespan is only <=30,000hours.

Especially for LED high bay, LED flood light, LED corn light with huge power, lots of heat cause LEDs junction temperature very high. And light decay will be higher than low power LED products.

If the led lights can work well 24/7 days without power off,and still work well in 3 years,the lights are very good.That is why the warranty in the market are mostly 2 years or 3 years.

Q: Nearly all LED flood light are the same exterior, how to tell quality?

A: Price and exterior.

Though rechargeable led work light are with same or similar exterior,due to raw material cost difference is big, poor quality are all poor housing exterior with short FINs and light weight.So prices are also low.

Besides,the driver exterior is also low-end with poor IC,MOS and capacitances.

Q: For same power,why different suppliers with different brightness?

A: Different chips,or same chip but different brightness version.The brightness will be different.But for same chip and same brightness version,the brightness will be slight difference.But please make clear the difference between LEDs and lamp fixture.

For example, 50W LED corn light, bridgelux 110-120lm/w LEDs,the LEDs brightness will be 5500-6000lm.But the LED flood fixture will be only around 4100lm.Please note.

Q: What is CRI?

A: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.For example, Portbale led work light, if they are made by epistar or bridgelux chip,the CRI are all around 70-75Ra.If this figure higher than 75,please ask your suppliers to send test data.Because there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients but actually,the figure is even lower than the market.

Q: What is PF and efficiency?

A: PF and efficiency is to feedback the driver electrical performance.Higher PF and efficiency with higher cost.

Q: What is the difference between Epistar and Bridgelux chip?

A: Epistar is Taiwan brand,Bridgelux is USA brand.Both brands are very good quality.

Epistar 90-100lm/w version usually for mid-end market with very stable quality,And Bridgelux 110-130 lm/w version usually for high-end market.

Q: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
