ENON Landscape Fabric
Enon Garden Landscape Fabrics offer essential properties such as weed control, breathability and water permeability without interfering with maintenance activities such as fertilization (water-soluble fertilizers) and watering. It has a service life of 15-20 years when buried in the ground. Towards the end of its service life, the landscape fabric will gradually crumble, powder and evolve back into the soil.

1. UV Stabilised
Enon Weed mat has been UV stabilised and will last up to 2 – 3 years in the full sun, or if covered by a thin layer of mulch etc, will last up to 6-8 years, depending on climatic conditions.
2. Toxins
Enon Weed mat has been tested by SGS
and reports the product releases not harmful toxins or heavy metals in the break down.
3. Rain
Enon Weed mat allows for efficient use of natural rain water, by allowing seepage of rain through the matting.
4. Light
Enon Weed mat works by blocking out 96% of the UV light . If seed does germinate photo synthesis cannot take place, stopping weed growth.
6. Evaporation
Enon Weed mat reduces evaporation of moisture from the soil, allowing valuable water to be retained. The fabric itself does not hold moisture so you do not have the problem of fungal growth or collar rot.
7. Fertilising
Enon Weed mat allows any slow release and liquid fertiliser to pass through to your soil.All nutrients from the breakdown of any mulch placed around the plants will still penetrate and pass through to the soil.
8.Hydrophilic
Enon Weed mat has had a hydrophilic treatment added, which breaks down the surface tension of the matting, allowing greater air and moisture penetration through the matting to the soil below.
9. On Slopes
Enon Weed mat is the ideal choice for use on slopes as it allows most organic mulches to adhere slightly to the matting, preventing all mulch being washed off during rains.

Enon Weed mat is 100% polypropylene non woven fabric. Black in colour, 50 gsm, UV and hydrophilic treated, to suit the local conditions
11. Pre-Cut
Enon Weed mat is available pre-cut to easily slip around the base of existing trees etc,or by the meter. Veijun Weed mat will not fray when cut.
12. ReUsed
Enon Weed mat is available in standard small pot sizes. Pot gunnels can be washed and disinfected and used again year after year.
