1.How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment.

2.How many days that you could finish an order of 20 feet container?
Usually we could finish 1*20’container within 30 days after receiving your deposit or L/C, and 1*40HQ within 45 days.

3.What’s your sample charge?
Samples value less than $ 10 are free of charge, however, courier charge should be paid in advance. If you have freight collected account no, we can send to your assigned courier. Or you can pay the freight charger by Paypal to us first.

4.What if I have some special requests for the products?
Basically, we will give your a feedback in time no matter if we can produce or not as per your requests, usually there would be an extra charge for your special requests. For most of the gloves, we can print the customer’s logo, paper card, bags and cartons.

5.What’s your payment term?
1-T/T 30% deposit in advance & balance amount T/T against the copy of orignal bill of lading. (Special country or first time business may required balance paid in advence)
2-Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3-Small orders can be paid through Paypal, west-union, money gram or Cash.

6.What’s your MOQ (monimum order of quantity)?
1-Most of the gloves 6000-12000pairs.
2-Trial order is acceptable at the first time.
