1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample or custom samples. But a little sample cost for custom designs. Samples cost is
refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS or DHL. If you have Express account, then the sample can be ship with paid by collection, if not, you can pay the freight cost by papal and the samples will be sent with prepaid. It takes about 4-7 days to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
It takes 2-3 days for existing samples and it takes 5-7days for printing custom logo samples.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
For customer logo, it had better provide the logo artwork by AI or PDF, if need to make new mould, pls provide 3D drawing
artwork, if not we have our own team who can help to make 3D artwork.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone card. So pls provide Pantone color as you need . or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
FDA, LFGB, ASTM,Reach
8.What is your payment term?
By T/T 30% deposite after order approval and 70% against copy of B/L by sea. We also accept L/C at sight. Paypal, Western Union etc
