The electric fuel pump is a centrifugal pump. The impeller rotates in the pump casing, causing the liquid to rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, a certain vacuum is formed in the center of the impeller connected to the pump inlet, and a smaller vacuum is formed at the outer edge of the impeller connected to the discharge pipe. High pressure, so as long as the impeller keeps turning, liquid will continue to be sucked in and discharged.The transparent hose 2 meters is the inlet pipe, which can be directly put into the diesel tank or connected with the oil outlet of the diesel tank. The black rubber hose is 4 meters, which is used to connect the oil gun directly.
Adjustment Instructions of FM-120L Flow Meter
When the metering error of the flowmeter is not accurate, the adjusting shaft can be adjusted. If the error value is too large to be adjusted, the end face of the adjusting shaft can be trimmed with a file of 1 ~ 1.5mm, and then adjusted; When the error is too large, the adjustment axis will be adjusted outward; when the error is small, the adjustment axis will be adjusted inward, and the screwdriver will be adjusted inward or outward for half a circle (up to 2 to 3 times), as shown in Figure 1; Quantitative fuel 100L, flow meter reading 100± 1% (L) until qualified, see Figure 2.
