Q3: How long can you send samples to me? A: Generally within 3 working days for our stock style and within 5-10 days for custom logo sample.
Q4: Do you accept custom design? A: Yes, custom design is welcome. You just need to send design in AI or PDF format and advise which style you need. We can produce the goods as per your requirement.

We have mature and experienced order operation process. For every order, preproduction sample will be sent for your approval before mass production. Shipping sample will be sent for your approval before packaging and loading carton. Inspection report will be sent for your approval before shipment.
Q6: How will you ship my goods? How about the shipping time? A: It depends on your requirement for freight and when you hope to get the cargos. Generally for tight time, we recommend by express or air such DHL, FEDEX, TNT, EMS and so on. It normally takes 5-7 days to reach you. For economical cost, by sea or by railway will be recommended.
