Maintenance of Bamboo Cutting Board:
* Step 1: Use mild soap and wash in soapy water. Use a cleaning cloth to scrub away stuck on food particles. Do not use in dishwasher (Containers are dishwasher safe).
* Step 2: Rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean cloth. Allow board to complete the drying process.
* Step 3: Re-hydrate them with food safe mineral oil once a month. To use oil, apply several drops to a clean cloth and rub all over the cutting board. Let the board cure for one day before using again.
