4. Do you have this machine in stock?
Yes. Goods are produced everyday. If the goods are not in stock, it usually takes 4-7 days to produce them. 


5. How to control the quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production. Each product will be inspected by the QC department before  shipment. 


6. What are the shipping options?
Sipping methods vary depending on the quantity purchased. By international express, sea or rail. Samples are usually shipped by express or directly to your agent in China.


7. Do I have to pay customs duty when I receive my goods?
Probably yes. Customs duties  are charged by Customs. Please confirm customs duty charges with your shipping agent before placing your order.


8. Can I get free samples?
We offer free samples to every customer for less than 5$ per unit. Please contact our sales team and let us know what you are interested in. Taylor does not cover shipping costs. Do you have a FedEX, UPS or TNT receiving account? Or we will quote you the shipping cost.
